2. Rights of the Buyer (Licensed User)

• **Full Modification:** The buyer has the full right to change, upgrade, redesign, extend, or customize every part of the design, code, and functionality of the purchased template to meet specific project needs.
• **Unlimited Use:** The buyer may use the purchased template on an **unlimited number of projects, domains, and subdomains** owned by the buyer or for projects created for clients.
• **Template-Based Development:** All further upgrades, functional extensions, or redesigns that the buyer independently creates or commissions become the property of the buyer and may be used without further restrictions.
• **Crediting:** Removing or modifying the name in the footer, which credits [DigitalyTycoon] as the designer of the template basis, is permitted. The decision whether to include information about the original designer, further development, or redesign is entirely at the buyer's discretion.

3. Express Limitations

The buyer is obliged to comply with the following limitations:

• **Prohibition of Resale (As-Is):** It is explicitly forbidden to sell, sublicense, distribute, rent, or otherwise assign the purchased template (or its modified versions) to third parties as a separate software product, *especially if its primary value lies in the design or code of the template*.
• **Exclusive Use:** The template must be used exclusively within the scope of web projects. It is not allowed to use it to create SaaS (Software as a Service) products where access to the template is charged as the core service.
